Community Health Technology Awareness Resource Exchange (CHeTARE) Project provides capacity building through technical assistance and training pertaining to the relevant use of social media within public and community health. The CHeTARE Project strives to increase basic understanding, usability and relevant application of social media and 3D virtual world platforms for the delivery of health information, education, services, resources, and related services.
The services and resources of CHeTARE Project are tailored based on the specific audience i.e. community-based and faith-based service providers, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and advocacy groups.
